Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

During launches, seasonal collections, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Shipping rates for orders below that threshold are calculated at checkout based on location and delivery method.

Delivery Estimates

Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Our Return Policy

We want you to genuinely love what you ordered.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original condition.

Items marked final sale may not be eligible for return.

Please include:
• your order number
• the item(s) you’d like to return
• the reason for the return

We’ll guide you through the next steps from there.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we’ll do our best to help based on available inventory.

Because some collections are limited, exchanges cannot always be guaranteed.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse.
